Gulf Malayalam Music Awards
Launched in 2006, the Gulf Malayalam Music Awards (GMMA) is the first of its kind to be held in the Middle East. A Malayalam music award that, instead of focusing on film music, honours the singers for their talent.
Decided by public vote via the internet, SMS and print media, GMMA culminates with a show spectacle featuring renowned musicians from India along with the entire Malayalam music industry as well as performances from film stars and celebrities.
GMMA 2008 will be held in April. Dates to be confirmed soon.
